Wordpress to Hugo
Hey! We migrated from Wordpress to the static site generator Hugo just now. It’s hilarious that the first post was in 2012 (6 or so years after our inception). We still meet every week, though there’ve been changes, like the birth of several a cappella babies!!! Maybe we’ll get into posting more.
We’re performing in a week and a half at DeCadence’s spring show! It’s on April 30, 2023, at 12:30pm, in our old stomping grounds at 125 Morrison.

Spot at DeCadence's fall 2015 show
Spot went to the circus for DecCadence’s fall show last Sunday, Dec. 6, 2015. We premiered our cover of Vienna Teng’s Hymn of Acxiom, a song about digital marketing, tracking, and big data. We also ended up licking spiders in our madlib-style StarPhoenixPlumJam. DeCadence’s theme this semester was Harry Potter, so we couldn’t not wave our wands around to Patronus.

We’re putting on a concert!

More info coming soon =) Otherwise, we’re still rehearsing every week and recording ourselves intermittently. We had an epic music party on NYE to bring in 2013 with lots of instruments, which is not something that usually happens when we meet, being an a cappella group and all.
